Tenancies and Tenancy Applications

Following the passing of the Renters' Rights Act 2025, all lettings must now done on the basis of a rolling tenancy.
This means it is unfortunately no longer permissable for long-term tenants to obtain security of tenure for longer periods.
The Tenancy will be in the form of an Agreement which both parties will sign at the commencement of the tenancy and incorporates
all the amendments introduced or necessitated by the Renters' Rights Act 2025.

However, before we can agree to a tenancy, we have to get some information about you so that
we can be sure that you will be able meet your commitments and also to meet the relevant
legal requirements as well as the conditions of our insurance policy.
