Who is LettingsDirect.com?
|
LettingsDirect.com ltd is a private company which manages a small portfolio
of privately owned and managed residential property in the West Sussex and
South Hampshire area. Since we prefer to manage the properties ourselves,
we don't employ an agent to arrange lettings or do the management.
We also own and manage a number of blocks of flats because we believe that
the management can be better and more responsive if kept "in house".

What else do you do?

We manage a small number of privately owned residential blocks for small private landlords,
typically where the block is owned by one or more of the the flat-owners who do not
have the experience or contacts (or time) to carry out the management themselves.

We also advise and assist flat-owners and small freeholders (again typically those freeholders
where the freehold is owned by one or more of the flat owners) where there are disputes about
service charges, repairs or liabilities and responsibilities. From being both freeholders
and flat-owners ourselves, we have rare experience of having been on both sides of the fence so
we are very familiar with the processes involved in arbitrations, County Court and First Tier
Tribunal hearings. See here for more details.

Can we go on your mailing list for lettings?
|
No, because we don't have one! Most of the time all our properties are occupied
and the rate of turnover is very low. It is therefore pointless to maintain a
record of people who have at some point been asking about any vacancies.
